Refund and Cancellation
This page explains how membership cancellation, refunds, and credits work.
Membership
Membership is billed in advance and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
How to cancel
Open your billing page and choose to cancel. Your access stays active until the current period ends, and you keep every review you have already run.
Per-deal credits
Per-deal credits are purchased separately and are applied one per review. Credits never expire. Because a credit unlocks a full review immediately, purchased credits are non-refundable once any review has been run against them. If you have an unused balance and believe there was a billing error, contact support.
Free first review
Your first full review is free, so you can see the value before you pay.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error, contact us within a reasonable time and we will review it in good faith.
